Our motto is to provide you with the most satisfactory and comfortable safety training experience. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that you might get discontent due to some unpredictable circumstances.

Some conditional Refund Policies are listed down below to support you with our utmost capability:

  • Once you commence your training course, your progress will be saved, so we request you to refrain from starting/opening your course if you plan on a refund.
  • If the course is not initially assigned to any employee, refunds for Manager Accounts are possible.
  • Request for refunds can be submitted within the time frame of 48 hours after you are finished with the payment procedure.
