Refund Policy

However, if you face any issues with your purchase, our US-based support team is available 24/7 to help you with technical problems, account issues, or any other concerns.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your purchase was made within the last 48 hours.

  • You have not attempted any portion of a quiz, test, or exam.

  • You have not requested or been issued a certificate of completion.

  • You have not completed 30% or more of the purchased course.

If you meet these conditions, you must submit your refund request in writing via email to [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.
Please include:

  • Proof of payment

  • Order details

  • Reason for the refund

Note: Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. Refunds are always processed to the same payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Failure to pass tests, exams, or in-course evaluations within the allowed attempts.

  • Failure to complete identity verification requirements, including biometric checks or security questions.

  • Expiration of your course access as per the course validity period.

  • Expedited certificate requests once the service has been fulfilled as promised.

Course-Specific Refund Policies

Some courses may have their own refund and discount policies. Please check the terms and conditions provided during course enrollment.
If the course-specific policy differs from this refund policy, the course-specific rules will apply.
